Concerto Expert Coach
You've spent years at the table with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams. You know what it means to be trusted with the most important problems in an organization — and you've earned that trust over and over again. You've been deeply immersed in the latest in AI and keep up to date on what matters. You can separate signal from noise to prioritize what matters today to get to tomorrow.
You want to work with companies that are serious about AI and need someone who can both think strategically and build. You may carry a title like fractional CTO, CAIO, CDO, or CPO — but the title is less important than the work itself.
What this looks like at Concerto Labs
Concerto Labs works with executives and organizations to build real AI fluency — not the theoretical kind, but the kind that shows up in how they lead, decide, and operate. We aren't selling software. We're building judgment, capability, and habits.
We need advisors who understand what it's like to sit in the chair — who can meet a C-suite executive where they are, without a script, and help them make meaningful progress. That requires experience, credibility, and a rare kind of patience.
What we're looking for
- →Relentless curiosity. You don't just follow AI — you experiment with it, break it, and rebuild your mental model every few weeks. Curiosity isn't a trait for you; it's a compulsion.
- →Second-to-none client service. You hold the bar for client experience higher than your clients do. You anticipate, you follow through, and you never let someone wonder where things stand. Responsiveness and reliability are non-negotiable for you — always have been.
- →A track record at the top. You've worked directly with CEOs, boards, or senior leadership in a meaningful capacity — not adjacent to the room, but in it. You know how those conversations work and how to earn trust at that level quickly.
- →Non-curricular coaching ability. You don't hand someone a syllabus. You listen, you adapt, and you help people make progress on their actual problems — not a standardized version of them. You're more Socratic than prescriptive.
- →You've built with AI — for real. Not just prompted. You've designed workflows, built tools, integrated models into real processes, or shipped something meaningful using AI. You can demonstrate it.
What we're asking for:
There are only 2–3 things to submit:
- A link to a video — under 3 minutes — who are you and what have you built that shows your expertise.
- In 150 words or less, describe yourself beyond what I'll get from LinkedIn.
- Optional: In 300 words or less, speak to these three things:
- Your track record working with C-level executives
- Your ability to coach clients in a non-curricular manner
- Demonstrated expertise building with AI
You'll also need your LinkedIn profile URL (verified account) to submit.
